What's the best number of sessions i should do per week?
When you opt for a subscription, you can complete your selected number of sessions within a month, choosing your preferred frequency. However, the key to achieving results is commitment, as unused sessions expire. This serves as a powerful motivator for clients to establish a new rhythm and routine in their training, leading to incredible outcomes.
With a block purchase, you have the flexibility to use the sessions as often as you wish within the designated timeframe.
I purchased a block, is there an exipiry on when i need to use them by?
We recommend you use them quickly so you can gain momentum and start to see changes sooner. The recommonded time frames are:
10 sessions: 3 months expiry from the date of the 1st session
20 sessions: 6 months expiry from the date of the 1st session
30 sessions: 9 months expiry from the date of the 1st session
i need to cancel, what do i do?
You have the option to cancel your subscription anytime after completing a full three-month term. If you cancel on or before the 14th of any month (the halfway mark), the cancellation will take effect at the end of that month. However, if you cancel in the latter half of the month, it will be processed for the end of the following month.
Do you issue refunds?
Absolutely! We’re delighted to announce that following the first month of your subscription, you have the flexibility to adjust your monthly sessions by getting in touch and letting us know. Whether you’re gearing up for a holiday and want to intensify your training with 12 sessions or need to adapt to travel plans by reducing to 4 sessions, our plans are tailored to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences.
I need to pause my subscription, what should i do?
Absolutely! Our subscription plans are designed for an initial commitment of at least three full calendar months. To give you an idea, a calendar month starts from the 1st and goes until the end of the month. So, let’s say you join on the 14th of August, your minimum term would be until the end of November.
This duration allows us to collaborate effectively with you towards your goals, ensuring you have the support you need to succeed. But hey, life happens! If you find you need to cancel after those initial three months, no worries – you’ll find the cancellation option right on your portal.
And here’s something neat: we understand that sometimes unexpected things come up. That’s why we offer the flexibility to pause your subscription for up to 3 months in situations like injury, surgery, extended travel, or even the joyous occasion of giving birth. We’re here to support you through it all!
Is online better than in person?
Great news! Whichever option you choose, you’ll have a dedicated trainer guiding you every step of the way through your Motivate fitness journey.
For online personal training sessions, we’ll meet over Zoom for engaging 45-minute sessions. It’s like having your own personal coach right in your living room!
If you opt for in-person training, we’ll come to you, whether it’s at your home, in your garden, or outdoors, for invigorating 60-minute sessions. Please keep in mind that currently, we’re only able to offer this service in London. Let’s get started on this journey together!
